Renewal Overview

Ⅰ. Field surveys will be conducted for each unit type. Based on the survey, we will submit an estimate of the renewal construction.
Ⅱ. Field surveys will be conducted for all units, after receiving an order from the Management Corporation Strata Title. During the field survey, we will go over some construction details with the customers.
Ⅲ. Before starting the entire construction, test construction will be conducted in 1 or 2 households in order to verify any potential problems.
Ⅳ. After successful test construction, we will schedule with the other unit owners.
